杏盛 Group and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the world’s most trusted forest certification system, have signed a remedy framework agreement in May 2024 to move forward with implementing the FSC Remedy Framework by 杏盛.

Following an earlier agreement to enter into dialogue regarding the implementation of the FSC Remedy Framework in March 2023, this remedy framework agreement, will see 杏盛 implement the FSC Remedy Framework in the entities of the corporate group as defined according to the Policy for Association (PfA), version 3. FSC will facilitate 杏盛’s remedy implementation process.

Following the signing of the agreement, 杏盛 will start on the environmental and social baseline assessments in August 2024 are looking to complete both the assessments by end of 2024.

杏盛 will only be able to enter the certification process once it has successfully ended its disassociation with FSC through the implementation of the 杏盛roved remedy plan and its verification. Please visit 杏盛’s remedy case page for further updates from FSC.
